Noble Training Group Noble Training Group is a nationally registered training organisation (RTO NO: 41488) based in Corbould Park on the Sunshine Coast. We operate multiple training facilities across Queensland (QLD) and New South Wales (NSW). Our training includes Civil and General Construction Short Courses, Civil Construction Machinery Licence Courses, Mining Industry training, and a range of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs.

Civil Construction Short Courses (Construction Machinery)
The civil construction short courses are designed to give workers the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively operate machinery used in the industry. These courses focus on operating machinery commonly used on construction and mining sites, such as excavators, bulldozers, telehandler, loaders, rigid haul truck and moxy.

The User Choice (QLD) and Smart and Skilled (NSW) programs are
government-subsidized initiatives available for eligible participants.

strong training options.

This company is totally unprofessional. We travelled from Port Macquarie to the Sunshine Coast to do 3 tickets each. Paid for accommodation and travel costs only to be called and told that all courses are canceled this week. Requested to speak with a manager. Was told one will call us in 30 mins. Never received the call. We did received text messages. They even tried to get us to get references from our work stating we knew how to operate the machines so they could just give us the tickets we paid for. We refused this and requested a refund which we finally received after many texts. No help trying to organise another provider. No offer for any compensation for the accommodation, travel expenses and lost wages.
Would definitely recommend using any other provider as these guys are rubbish.

My experience with Noble Training Group has been nothing short of exceptional. I completed my Certificate III and Certificate IV in Civil Construction along with multiple plant tickets through them!!!
One thing I really valued was the opportunity to access CSQ funding, which allowed me to professionally develop myself without the usual financial pressure. That made a real difference and opened the door to gaining nationally recognised qualifications and practical skills that I can actually use on site.
From day one, the communication has been sharp, efficient, and genuinely supportive. Every question I had, no matter how small, was answered quickly and clearly. The admin team and the owner were always on the ball, and that level of responsiveness makes a huge difference when you’re balancing work and study.
But what really sets Noble apart is the trainers. Trainers are what give an RTO its reputation, and Noble’s trainers are second to none. Hands down the best RTO I’ve dealt with to date. The knowledge, the delivery, and the support throughout the process were all top tier.
Everything felt seamless. No chasing, no confusion, just consistent professionalism from start to finish.

Edit to review, as you can see the owner has responded to other reviews but won’t address mine. Appalling and very telling. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone.
Communication is just about nil.
Took 3 weeks and me chasing up my certificate to receive it.
I have done a few tickets before with this company and Andre who is brilliant. That is why I chose Noble again. The experience I had trying to book and receive my ticket was woeful at best. The only reason I’m putting more than 1 star is because Andre the trainer.. he is fantastic. Very disappointing experience.
